Water Quality regulations in Colorado are promulgated by the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission whose members are appointed by the Governor. We encourage members who possess the required qualifications to be appointed (described in the memo) to apply to sit on the Commission. Serving as a member of the Water Quality Control Commission is both a service to the people of Colorado, as well as an opportunity to lend specific expertise and experience in the promulgation of increasingly stringent and complex regulations.
