The CMA Water Quality Committee discussed the ongoing discussion regarding the Colorado Water Quality Control Division’s stakeholder process to discuss the potential development of a statewide dredge and fill permitting program. The committee briefly described comments made by CMA and other entities who commented on the Division’s White Paper.
